Double The LP Campaign

The Libertarian Party is launching the first annual national campaign called "Double The LP!" This is the first BIG push to exponentially grow the Libertarian Party and you can become a part of the history that we are creating.

The concept of this campaign is simple: each member will bring in a new member to double the size of the Libertarian Party!

The Libertarian Party, state party affiliates and members will use every method available to get the word out about the campaign. Some of the methods would include sending emails, sharing on social media, using all Libertarian websites, public relations, and events.

Campaign Purpose + Goals

The purpose is to grow the Libertarian Party by signing up new members and reengage former members. The Libertarian Party is the only major political organization whose function within the liberty movement is to get liberty minded candidates elected into office to move public policy in a libertarian direction.

The goals of the Campaign are to:

Create awareness to the Libertarian Party
Increase the size of dues paying members nationally
Increase the size of state party members;
Create awareness for Libertarian candidates

Why Now?

Many Americans share the ideas and principles of the Libertarian Party; however, they are not familiar with either the Libertarian Party or libertarianism in general.
The Liberty Movement has been growing at staggering rate. Polls show that the sentiment across the country is a desire for a real change in politics and that more Americans demand a third party option than ever before.
The Libertarian Party is the 3rd largest and fastest growing political party, but the potential growth of the Libertarian Party is astronomical.
Dr. Ron Paul supporters are looking for a new home (party) to continue the Ron Paul Revolution.
A large number of Americans are frustrated with “politics as usual” and are looking for alternatives to the Republicans and Democrats.
We inherited the mess our country is in from our past generations, but it is up to us right now to fix it.
